1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XPartner (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service via web, mobile applications, APIs, or third-party integrations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

XPartner is a social storytelling and relationship platform that allows users to create, publish, and share personal relationship narratives, including meeting stories, breakup experiences, memories, reflections, and lessons learned.

Features may include user profiles, content feeds, search and discovery, privacy controls, media uploads, notifications, and messaging. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use XPartner. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally eligible and capable of entering a binding contract. XPartner may request age verification at any time.

4. User Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

5. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you post. Content must be truthful, lawful, and must not violate the rights of others. Prohibited content includes harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, violent extremism, threats, or disclosure of private information.

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant XPartner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, modify, and distribute your content for platform operation.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No system is completely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Media Uploads & Storage

You must own or have permission to upload media. XPartner may compress, process, or remove media that violates policies or laws.

9. Safety & Reporting

XPartner provides reporting tools for abusive or unlawful content. False or malicious reporting may result in account action.

10. Content Moderation & Appeals

XPartner may moderate content and restrict access. Appeals may be available in limited cases. Moderation decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.

11. Payments, Purchases & Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered. Billing is handled via secure third-party processors. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

12. Communications & Notifications

You consent to receive operational messages and service updates. Promotional messages may be opted out where permitted.

13. Legal Compliance, Governing Law & Arbitration

You agree to comply with Indian laws, including the IT Act 2000 and IT Rules 2021. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration where permitted, or courts located in [Insert City, India].

14. Account Termination

XPartner may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or legal compliance reasons. Termination may delete all associated content.

All software, branding, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of XPartner or its licensors.

19. International Use

If you access XPartner outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

20. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

21. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and XPartner.
